Rice eQTL is a database of eQTLs related to the Heading stage and Seedling stage. It contains 12,447 trans eQTLs and 6,651 cis eQTLs in Heading stage and 6,709 trans eQTLs and 5,546 cis eQTLs in Seedling stage, all eQTLs were obtained by QTLtools.
Genotype data
The genotype data was constructed using the Binmap with 1619 recombinant Bins (Yu et al. 2011).
Phenotype data
Heading stage expression data were obtained by sequencing 210 heading stage raphe tissues of the recombinant self-reproducing line zhenshan 97 x Mingchuang 63 using Affymetrix GeneChip Rice Genome Array, and seedling stage expression data were obtained by sequencing 101 randomly selected aboveground tissues of the recombinant self-reproducing line zhenshan 97 x Mingchuang 63 using Affymetrix GeneChip Rice Genome Array. Expression raw data are available from the GEO database at the National Center for Biotechnology Information under the accession number GSE49020 and GSE22564 (Wang et al., 2010;Wang et al., 2014).
